In 2012 one of the top contestants in Toronto Fashion Incubator‘s “New Labels” design competition was Jameson Kane. Genevieve Pearson, co-founder, outlined the vision for her brand: very simple to dress in, yet sophisticated, and aristocratic.

We immediately felt that a heraldry crest was the best way to express Genevieve’s vision. The lion traditionally symbolizes courage, nobility, royalty, strength, stateliness, and valor, and so that’s where we focused. Her lions each hold a sewing needle that is threaded throughout the crest; a fleur de lis rests within the crown, and at the center sits a button that anchors the crest to its fashion roots.

Starting with pencil and paper, Andrés sketched out her logo and moved it into vector format for future use flexibility. In addition to building a complete website based on Genevieve “Look Book,” we also developed a light vs dark stationary package containing letterhead, envelopes, and business cards.
Our Web Development Project Manager is responsible for discovering what your needs are.
We learn about you, your business, & your needs.
Then we build…
Our portfolio contains select works. Come take a look and let us know what you think.
While Knight & Owl is a web-based business we have not escaped the impact of the world-wide pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. I wanted to share some realistic expectations for existing clients as well as prospects.
All projects that were underway at the start of the pandemic have been completed! This is a massive relief!
We are expecting significant delays in our usual production cycle and so new projects are only being accepted after careful consideration of the client's schedule and requirements. We do not want to risk the success of a client's project due to our changed schedules. It hurts to turn people away, but this is the reality.
As always, feel free to reach out to us at any time via email or text (phone during regular business hours is ok, too).
Sincerely,
Lance Daoust
