To ensure that sites stay online, we lease web servers in North America, supported by reputable service providers.
To ensure that downed sites get back online, we require that the service provider is highly responsive and competent.

Knight & Owl will soon be changing its web hosting provider and we want you to be informed. The objective here is to improve the quality and reliability of the service we can provide to you.
How Does This Affect You?
Your account will change from:
Unlimited Data and Bandwidth
to
Unmetered Data and Bandwidth.
Just like Unlimited, you are not charged for Data and Bandwidth. However, with Unmetered we are required to keep your account’s usage below 25% of the server’s capacity. We’ve determined that this is far more than enough to meet your current needs.
We have dedicated server options available if you ever need more than this. These options can give you an entire server all to yourself!
If you want to keep all of your emails on the server forever, and they have a lot of large attachments, you might need a dedicated server.
What Do You Need to Do?
There is nothing for you to do yet.
Once a move date is set, we will send a follow-up email with the schedule and details.
Is There Any Risk?
When we point your domain (your .com or .ca) name at the new server, it can take 24 to 48 hours for the change to spread across the whole internet.
During this time, some email might be delivered to the old server.
We’re making this change during the late hours of a weekend to minimize the risk.
